How do I update my email address?
In the Evidation app:
- Tap "Profile" in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
- Tap “Settings”
- Tap the email address field
- You’ll receive a temporary security code via email
- Enter this code on the open app screen
- Enter the new email you would like to use and tap "Save"
- Lastly, you’ll receive an email to the current account email to confirm you would like to complete the change.
*If you don't have access to your current account email and are unable to confirm the change, you can contact our Support team to make the change.
On a computer:
- Click "Account" in the top navigation bar
- Click "Edit" next to the email address field
- You’ll receive a temporary security code via email
- Enter this code on the Evidation screen
- Enter the new email you would like to use and click "Save"
- Lastly, you’ll receive an email to the current account email to confirm you would like to complete the change.
